ND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
(i) COMPUTER SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY
SSCE or WASCE or GCE O’level or NECO with at least five (5) credits at one sitting, which must include Mathematics, English Language, a basic science, and any two other subjects chosen from the following: , Economics/Commerce, Geography, Chemistry, Further/Additional Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, History/Government/Civic Education/ Social Studies, typewriting, Biology/Agricultural Science/ General Agriculture, Data Processing/ Computer Studies. A Pass in Physics/ Basic Electronics/Electrical Installation and Maintenance Work/Electronics, is compulsory for Computer Science and Relevant NTC/NBC & NVC Trades.
SSCE or WASCE or GCE O’level or NECO with a minimum of five credits at two sittings, which must include English Language, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science/General Agriculture/ Health Science and any one subject from: Physics/ Basic Electronics/Electrical Installation and Maintenance Work/Electronics, Economics/ Commerce, Additional/Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Home Economics/ Home Management/ Food and Nutrition, Geography Plus at least pass in Physics/ Basic Electronics/Electrical Installation and Maintenance Work/Electronics and Relevant NTC/NBC & NVC Trades.
SCIENCE LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY
SSCE or WASCE or GCE O’level or NECO with at least five credits at two sittings, which must include: Mathematics, English Language and two subjects from Physics, Biology/Health Science/Agricultural Science/General Agriculture, Chemistry and one other subject from Technical Drawing, Metal/ Wood-Work, Geography, Further Mathematics, Fine Art/Visual Art, Computer Studies/Data Processing. At least a Pass in each of the three basic sciences i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Physics is required and relevant NTC/NBC & NVC Trades.
NUTRITION AND DIETTETICS
Same as in food science technology.
